Photos-edit is a professional service studio that provides image editing service. By purchasing of our service, users authorize photos-edit.com to make change on the original image. Copyright of original and modified image is remained to be of users. Users will create an account to upload their images to our server. Photos-edit makes reasonable efforts to handle customer images in a manner that avoids access to them or misuse of them by unauthorized parties. It is users’ responsibility to keep their login information in a safe place. Photos-edit is not responsible to loss, damage or theft of such login information, and transactions made under users’ accounts.
Photos-edit reserves the right to refuse service or to terminate access of our system to any person. It is impossible for Photos-edit to guarantee the security of its system from interference by highly-skilled malicious hackers. The various steps Photos-edit takes to ensure security reflect a commitment to reduce the risk of such a breach to a very low level.
Image-editing is an intangible and subjective service. Photos-edit will make its best effort to execute its service according to user’s instruction. If we fail to do so, we will rework on the image for no additional fee. If we are unable to finish our work according to the instruction, we will make a full refund. Any refund or rework request shall be submitted within 30 days from the day that the modified image is delivered.
Photos-edit is not liable for any consequential damages due to its failure to make any edits, delay in delivering work product, or any technical problem (including loss or destruction of files). Photos-edit's liability shall be limited to the cost of image editing services. Customers always should keep a copy of the original unedited image files! Photos-edit only retains customer image files for a short time after the order is completed. The customer is responsible for safe transport of physical images to Photos-edit. Submitting any file, CD, film, print or other media to Photos-edit or its affiliates for editing, printing or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damage or loss by our company, subsidiary, or agents, even though due to the negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiary, or agents will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of new unused media of a similar type and quality, unless you have declared a higher value and have paid the premium for that value in advance. Except for such replacement, or payment of the declared value if applicable, the acceptance by our company, subsidiary and/or agents of the file, CD, film, print or other media is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. |
